This visit includes thorough assessment, interview and developing a care plan. The visit is about 3 hours. ($300 Initial Assessment Visit and Care plan)

After your initial session, follow-up sessions provide the opportunity to check in on your progress, make adjustments to your personalized care plan, and continue refining the changes that best support your well-being.
